Quickie Review
A cute, funny horror parody, featuring some genre-fan favorites. I get very excited anytime I see Phil &/or Lem (the best part of Better Off Ted, they shoulda been spun out into their own show but anyways), & this flick has actor Malcolm Barrett, who played Lem, in the lead. Nice. Also Felicia Day & Wil Wheaton, whose careers are all about being fan faves. The movie has a very silly premise that is also very relatable -- creepy children's toy becomes a real, murderous monster. & the cast is likeable, so rooting for them requires little suspension of disbelief. Also, even in this very brief appearance it's another Will-Wheaton-makes-a-great-bad-guy entry.
